All About Joe

My name is Joe, and I am a District Loss Prevention Manager for a major retailer. I am based in Charlotte, NC. I have been in the loss prevention business for over 10 years, with the past 4 years being at the district level. In those 4 years, I have successfully maintained shrink numbers below my goals, and have met or exceeded all of my measurables.

I am a trained interviewer, with over 15 years experience interviewing witnesses, employees, and suspects.

My mission is to assist small to medium sized businesses with their loss prevention needs by providing resources, information, and services. From CCTV to Employee Theft Interviews, I am available for consultation.
