		<description>I think it comes down to employee training. If you have engaged, passionate leaders training associates who enjoy their jobs then everyone is motivated to pay attention to alert signals and reduce shrink. The recession will be good for LP in the long term. People will care more about their jobs and employers will do more retain good staff--and eliminate poor staff. Good staff = shrink reduction. Yes, I admit I am simplifying things, but I work in LP training communications and so I believe in what I do. Please point out any holes in my argument.
